Welcome to Study Snap, operated by WellnessNXT Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Study Snap mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Study Snap is an AI-powered educational application that allows users to:

• Capture or upload questions using images or documents
• Receive AI-generated educational responses
• Create revision sheets and study materials
• Access premium educational features through subscriptions

You agree to use the App only for lawful and educational purposes.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may be required to sign in using supported authentication methods such as Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Ensuring information provided is accurate
• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Study Snap offers optional premium subscriptions.

Current Subscription Plan

• ₹1 introductory trial for 3 days
• Followed by ₹249/month auto-renewing subscription unless cancelled

Subscriptions are processed securely through the Google Play Store.

Subscription Terms

• Payments are charged through your Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal
• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play account settings
• Refunds are subject to Google Play policies

4. AI-Generated Responses

Study Snap uses artificial intelligence to generate educational responses and explanations.

While we aim to provide accurate and helpful content:

• AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies
• Users should independently verify important academic information
• The App should not be considered a replacement for professional educational guidance

We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. User Content

Users may upload:

• Images
• PDFs
• Questions
• Study materials

By uploading content, you confirm:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• The content does not violate laws or third-party rights
• The content is not harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Abuse or misuse the App
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Upload malicious or illegal content
• Reverse engineer or exploit the App
• Use the App to distribute harmful or copyrighted material without permission

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, logos, content, and software associated with Study Snap are owned by WellnessNXT Solutions unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Study Snap, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We may:

• Modify features
• Update functionality
• Temporarily suspend services
• Discontinue parts of the App

without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellnessNXT Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Academic losses
• Data loss
• Errors in AI-generated responses
• Service interruptions

Use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted within the App or associated platforms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
